Guy's, let me tell you how it is. It is just a very light little tender squeeze. NOT A CLAMP. Ok? Now that we've got that out of the way... The Acticuf is surprisingly comfortable. You'll never enjoy wearing it, but you will forget you are wearing it. But don't forget because you are supposed to take a "break" every few hours. You can really move around, even exercise, and the Acticuf will stay on there doing its job. The thing is smaller than I thought which makes it comfortable to wear and there is no kind of bulge or anything detectable. The trade-off is that it doesn't hold a lot. But if you need something really absorbent try a male guard. If you need just a pinch of security for the occasional dribble, get the Acticuf. (Posted on 6/14/10)
