Product Reviews
Attends Briefs with Perma-Dry offer supreme protection against leaks by pulling in wetness and locking it away from the surface so skin stays drier and more comfortable. Wetness indicators let you know when the brief needs to be changed. The topsheet has a soft, cloth-like inner lining. Latex free.
  1. Great Diapers Review by Marcus

These hold alot. I love the 3 tapes on each side. (Posted on 7/28/13)

  2. I liked these briefs a LOT for their cost and Absorbency! Review by Adam

I like these briefs a lot for nighttime use with Dignity Super Duty Booster Pads inside of them. I use three pads at once at night though. I put one booster pad in the center then I line up the top edge of the booster pad with the edge of the fluff and then stick the pads there with the pads slightly overlapping each other near the center. I do this in the back part as well and this helps keep leaks from happening during the night. These briefs/adult diapers are VERY, VERY comfortable!!!I I like the fact that the brief/diaper has elastic at the waist instead of the loose plastic. TRUST ME....The Super Absorbent Polymer that isused inside the brief/diaper are plentiful enough to absorb well for daytime and nighttime use (with the three Dignity Super Duty Booster pads used as described). 3. Wonderful Review by Danny

I have been in diapers for a long time. The way these are made, make them my top choice. They are snug and flexible at the same time. The elastic leg gathers and waistband are the way all diapers should be made. (Posted on 2/27/13)

  4. plastic backed is better. Review by capo

I've always liked the comfort of Attends Waistband Briefs with the triple tape. I've been using these since I was 14 yrs old. They are excellent at staying up on my waist during daily activity. No one needs a saggy diaper when out in public..However, they're not my bedtime choice unless doubled up. (Posted on 9/25/12)

  5. great diaper Review by johnny

Comfortable. Tapes work good. Absorbent. (Posted on 9/7/12)

  6. Great fit and extremely comfortable Review by Mike

These fit and feel like regular underwear and are extremely comfortable. They do NOT feel like a diaper and are thin enough to be worn under clothes without any issues with noise and I am a very active guy. I have used these for day use since 1997 and I insert a booster pad in the front (I am a guy) for better protection and I never worry. about leaks. They do "clump" at times, but the fit and feel make up for it in my case.
If comfort and discreetness are priorities then try these. (Posted on 6/28/12)

  7. Good Review by Teresa

Good diaper, but it clumps excessively and can be noisy. Something to be worn with plastic pants or a diaper cover to silence it. Very absorbent for moderate stress urinary incontinence. (Posted on 5/27/12)

  8. Great product Review by Robert

I have tried many different briefs and found these to be the most discreet under most any attire. The plastic backing is a little noisy if there is no background noise, but I would choose that over the potential for leaks. Great fit due to the waistband and it about as absorbent as the Tranquility Slimline. (Posted on 3/18/12)

  9. overnight diaper Review by Jerrod

These are the most comfortable diaper I have worn.

  10. good enough for everyday use Review by onein

These are not the best or the worst. They are thin enough and quiet enough to be discreet under clothing. They are leak proof for the normal incontinent person, but will not work for overnight use for heavy leaking. For me these tend to clump more than some other briefs. But the tapes actually work much better than most others.

  11. good diaper Review by rob

I usually wear these with a good pair of plastic pants. (Posted on 6/7/11)

  12. Better than some . . . Review by seattletown

Attends are better than some cheap diapers, but I wouldn't recommend them because they do tend to clump and lose their ability to absorb after a few hours. (Posted on 3/2/11)

  13. great Diapers Review by love to fish

I like the tape a lot better then depends and it hold a lot more too. Not a bad diaper. (Posted on 2/20/11)

  14. great diapers Review by tat

This is so much better then depends. The tape is better and can hold a lot more then depends (Posted on 1/8/11)

  15. there are junk Review by pinky

you can't wear them overnight, the inside material falls apart and ends up on the bottom of the diaper. (Posted on 8/20/10)

  16. wearing Review by king diaper

diaper could be better, the tabs don't always stick. Depend had the same issue until they redesigned the tabs which now hold better. I'd prefer an elastic waistband. (Posted on 5/31/10)

  17. A good diaper Review by lovluvs

This diaper holds pretty well. Tapes could come unstuck at times and lose the ability to restick pretty quickly. Not too thick for discreet wear. (Posted on 5/1/10)
