I have tried many different briefs and found these to be the most discreet under most any attire. The plastic backing is a little noisy if there is no background noise, but I would choose that over the potential for leaks. These are not the best or the worst. They are thin enough and quiet enough to be discreet under clothing. They are leak proof for the normal incontinent person, but will not work for overnight use for heavy leaking. For me these tend to clump more than some other briefs. But the tapes actually work much better than most others.

Attends are better than some cheap diapers, but I wouldn't recommend them because they do tend to clump and lose their ability to absorb after a few hours. (Posted on 3/2/11)

diaper could be better, the tabs don't always stick. Depend had the same issue until they redesigned the tabs which now hold better. I'd prefer an elastic waistband. (Posted on 5/31/10)

This diaper holds pretty well. Tapes could come unstuck at times and lose the ability to restick pretty quickly. Not too thick for discreet wear. (Posted on 5/1/10)
