I have worn diapers for most of my life. Depends Maximum Protection Underwear is my product of choice. However, I have tried the Depend Adjustable and am very dissatisfied with its performance. It is very unreliable and it will inevitably leak. This is very embarrassing when out in public. I do not recommend this product if you intend to wear them in public. So I use the Depends Maximum Protection when I have to go out and Depend Adjustable at home. (Posted on 9/30/11)

My mom has used these for a few years, refuses to try anything newer. They are easy to check and change because of the velcro tabs. The tabs are refastenable so you can move them until you get a snug fit. For going out in the daytime, these are nice because they are not bulky at all under most loose fitting clothes. The only bad thing about these is at nightime you will probably need to add a booster pad to increase the amount of liquid absorbed. (Posted on 5/11/10)
