I love silhouette but still use poise inside of it. I need to purchase more than 10 in a box. Why don't they come with more . Probably too expensive but I run out too fast.
Product is sooo much better than regular depends which I only buy to wear to bed. They are too bulky to wear under tighter pants and dresses. I should buy stock in silhouette I use so many of them. My bladder problem is because of my massive stroke I had 3 years ago. (Posted on 1/16/13)

Thank you for the Silhouettes. The fit is perfect - the absorbency is outstanding! The only problem that I have is the legs are not "gathered" enough. After having them on for awhile they tend to loosen and if there is a flood sometimes it will leak. I shared my "find" with my Urologist and she was glad to be able to share my opinion with those who asked which was the best. I wear the L/XL. (Posted on 8/27/12)

I love the way these feel and look.....a wonderful improvement. however, the trade-off is that they tear much too easily....more easily than their predecessor. i am torn between using them or going back to the older version.

Silhouettes have spoiled me. I will never wear any other product, no matter how inexpensive again. They are just like the comfortable cotton undies that I use to wear during that time of the month before menopause saved me. I use them for heavy aerobic workouts or when I have a cold with a nuisance cough. I would also join the ladies that are requesting the development of a less absorbent or bulky product for light days and everyday use. (Posted on 7/13/12)

I have IBS and they have given me peace of mind when traveling. There is no other product on the market like this for IBS problems. I have used these when traveling or when I know I won't have access to a bathroom if my IBS flares up. They have saved me many times for an embarrassing accident. I wish they could be designed for this problem and not have absorbency in the front. I don't need it there. but they are wonderful and so comfortable. They have been a life saver for me! Depend Silhouette are amazing. They are nothing like any other Depends. It is just like wearing any old pair of undies. But the amazing part is how absorbent they are. I figured I would need to use twice as many Silhouettes because they couldn't possibly hold that much....but was I surprised that they hold every bit as much as regular Depends.
