The best deal I have found is to use an underpad in addition to Depend underwear. I use a reusable bed pad, they are washable, my bed stays dry, and there is no odor. Good luck. (Posted on 11/25/11)

These are the best fit of any product I've used. For heavy flow, use booster pads (no plastic backing so they can fully absorb fluid) and it works GREAT! Depend underwear with a booster pad SOLVED the night time overflow problem. (Posted on 7/23/11)

My 23 year old son wears these during the day with little to no leaks. He does wake up every morning soaking wet though. Don't want to add a rubber pants as I think this would be uncomfortable. If anyone has a suggestion for night time wear, please post it. (Posted on 5/13/11)

The briefs are fine except they do not hold the moisture completely, especially through the night. Undershirt is wet in the morning. Also notice some odor. (Posted on 2/18/11)

I am in my 20's and have moderate incontinence. These are good if you are able to change them right away and you don't wet heavy amounts. They are useless at night. Always still have wet sheets. (Posted on 10/13/10)
