The Bladder Protection System Designed From the Wearer's Point-of-View. It looks and feels like regular underwear, but helps protect you with a special patented "stretch-lock" moisture-proof pouch that holds the highly absorbent DIGNITY Plus Disposable Liners in place. Pants are made of 50/50 cotton/polyester body fabric. DIGNITY Plus Super Absorbent Liners have a gel to lock wetness in the pad away from the body, an adhesive strip to hold it in place and a moisture-proof backing to stop any embarrassing leaks.
