We are looking for a world class Divisional Controller for our Olivette, MO location.

This role is responsible for the finance functions in support of the full range of business activities for Home Delivery Incontinence Supplies (HDIS).  Responsibilities include financial reporting, strategic and operational decision-making support, internal controls, budgeting and forecasting, and business analysis.

More specifically, you will:


  • Manage all aspects of the finance and accounting process.  This includes but is not limited to, budgeting and forecasting, tax reporting, credit reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice and billing, account reconciliations, operational analysis and reporting, working capital analysis, monthly variance analysis and reporting, bank reconciliations, site audit support, capital reporting and project support.
  • Key advisor to the Managing Director of HDIS and member of the leadership team providing support for strategic and operational decision-making for a growing business.
  • Overall Management of the finance staff.
  • Assist on special assignments, and prepare ad hoc reporting and analyses.


  • Minimum of ten years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise with personal computer application software including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong negotiating and persuasive skills, both internally and with external vendors (contract negotiation).
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with divisional and corporate functions and outside vendors including banks, insurance companies, suppliers etc.
  • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). 

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA, CMA or MBA preferred
