Another reliable diaper from Molicare. This replaced the old "Super." It's a good hybrid of the comfort of the cloth-like outer covering seen on most diapers today, and the security of the waterproof plastic outer covering seen on diapers of the past and European brands today. I've used these diapers for overnight protection for several nights after buying a case this past week.

The side panels are a breathable material that, unlike most cloth-like diapers, actually holds the sticky tapes secure. The center part is a plastic poly covering that is smooth to the touch and while it is a little noisy, it's certainly tolerable. The entire diaper is white. Inside are tall leak guards. The wetness indicator is dark blue, extending from halfway down the front to all the way up the back, and disappears when the diaper is wet. The diaper is rather slim in appearance, comparable to the thickness of an Attends when dry and folded.

The front (taping zone) of the diaper is on the small side, and while the back/sides are able to land and stick (be taped), a little more material would be nice. It hugs the body well without riding up in the back. The fit is snug and feels secure. I tend to flop around in my sleep, and I did not have problems with the diaper staying in place all night. The capacity is good. Certainly better than any brand available in most retail outlets.

All in all I am satisfied with this diaper. I consider it a big step up from Attends, on par with the Tranquility ATN. (Posted on 11/17/11)
