i wear these at night all the time and i have never had a problem with them. They hold quite a bit and never leak on me. i can wear these for about 8-12 hours before they need to be changed. Kind of expensive, but worth the price and the piece of mind. I tried wearing them to work, but they are too bulky to wear during the day. I wish they had a waistband though. (Posted on 1/1/12)

These USED to be the best. Now looking for another brand. The last few shipments the interior rubber bands that make it gather end up breaking. I'm using Reassure Briefs for most days but need to find a more waterproof brief for my road trips. How frustrating. (Posted on 11/13/11)

As an active male, I find this brief to be one of the best out there. It has a huge capacity, and is very comfortable (the plastic backing is very stretchy and conforms to your body well). What I hate about them is they are a pinkish purple in color...which might be ok if I were bedridden, but as an active adult male, I'm trying to conceal the fact that I'm wearing a brief, not draw attention to it by wearing pink underwear! Not sure what the manufacturer was thinking! As such, I only use these at night or in the winter when I'm not going to the gym. (Posted on 5/5/10)
