Rating Just what I need for overnight and heavy flow if on a water pill. Channels the urine inside the pad, not out the back onto your panties and other apparel. Just elastic enough to cling to my Bali briefs, but not to over-stick w/ the warmth of the urine and make me miserable. (Posted on 2/22/13)

Rating Poise Hourglass Maximum is what I've been searching for. Much more comfortable and works great. I tried the Ultimate Hourglass as well, but the Maximum gives me all the protection I need. (Posted on 5/21/12)
