Just started to have to use this type of product so I have investigated many brands. However, I found these to be the most comfortable and most absorbent. My 80 year old mother wears these at night. She doesn't care if you call them diapers or underwear just as long as they do not leak and these do not leak. They are not the thinnest but she needs all the absorbency and they are more than comfortable enough to sleep in. (Posted on 5/3/10)
