My young , active 95 year old Mother has been using these pads for over year ,,,,She leads a very active life. She feels confident knowing she will not have embarrassing moments due to leakage. She has tried other brands but feels confident with these pads. Plus they are as comfortable as any pad could possible be. They can hold over night without any leakage. Both my eldest sister (who lives with me) and I have serious incontinence issues due to neuropathy. These are the only pads that can handle what we dish out, so to speak. We have not found them to be irritating (and we have them on 24/7) and we both break out badly from plastics or elastic on our skin. Reassure is a great product at a great price! (Posted on 8/31/12)

These are the 2nd pads I have tried and found them to be much more absorbing, larger in size and especially in the back end while laying down. I would recommend this Reassure pad to anyone. They are cotton soft and barely noticeable that you are even wearing a pad. Two thumbs up! (Posted on 8/24/12)

These pads are the worse I have ever received. I have ordered Reassure Overnight pads because they were soft inside and never irritated. I don't know if this is a recent change but if so I will not order them again. This is the first review I have submitted only because I felt it necessary and wonder how others feel about them.
