Reassure Rubber Pant
rubber pants work for me Review by tom
Reassure rubber pants work very well. I have used them for years. They keep my outer pants dry thanks for keeping them in stock. (Posted on 2/18/13)
These pants work Review by EA
I'm writing this as a response to my reading of Rhon's review. I've not had any problem with the elastics being too tight or eroding into tissue. The cut is such that the sheet rubber itself just stretches over the skin; that is what gives it the excellent seal and is what distinguishes a true latex pant from a vinyl pant which never can produce that seal as vinyl is non elastic. I also like the fact that they are opaque. I am out-and-about throughout the day, always with people about, and cannot afford leaks. I use these over heavy duty briefs with booster pads and have no complaints. The pants have been surprisingly durable justifying their high initial cost. (Posted on 11/30/12)
Good and Bad Review by Rhon
When wearing just protective underwear, I've rarely woken in the morning and not found the underpad quite wet from leakage around the legs and waist. That has changed since I started using rubber pants; the leakage is captured; the underpad is dry.
However, the pant has elastic cuffs the width of a rubber band. Sadly, while the seal is virtually leak proof, the cuffs because of the very narrow width almost cut into the thigh tissue.
The pant is quite roomy and can accommodate the most bulky underwear. The front and rear panels are stitched together with good tight stitches.
Five stars for protection; zero stars for cuff design. (Posted on 10/10/12)
