I wear Tranquility ATNs at night with a super contour booster pad that absorbs a lot of fluid. Also use Abena max absorbency briefs without a booster pad. Once my diaper is on, I slip on a pair of these comfort pants which assures a good fit through the night and gives me confidence that the fluid produced by multiple wettings will not seep through the edges of my diaper. Great product for the price, and I can put them through multiple washings without their losing their shape. (Posted on 4/10/13)

These are soft and comfortable. However they stretch so much they do not hold a pad very well. I am a big woman and these panties could hold 2 of me. I am going to try a size smaller to see if they will fit and hold better. (Posted on 11/25/12)

These panties are a requirement, otherwise my regular underpants are weighed down; even by the lightest weight panty liner. Also, these camouflage that I am wearing something for incontinence. Personally, I don't announce this difficulty to everyone and try to be as discreet as possible. Have you ever been behind someone and you just knew she/he was wearing protection for bladder spasms? I have and when years younger remember thinking to myself that this would NEVER happen if I had this difficulty.

So, thanks TENA for all your understanding of bladder spasms and what happens in their wake. Your products save much embarrassment. No more hiding from the world for me, TENA makes it possible to be a part of the world, not just a hidden spectator.
