One of the most under rated diapers Review by c
Rating Seriously one of the best diapers out there. My only gripe is that the tapes can sometimes tear the front of the diaper.

Rating I bought these Tranquility briefs for my handicapped son. He was very comfortable through the night. They hold a lot of liquid. I was putting 2 briefs on him at night. I got online and found these and I love them and so does he. Thank you!!!!!!!! (Posted on 10/19/12)

An often underrated brief Review by Some guy from Maryland
Rating Yes it has some flaws such as tapes that aren't always easy to keep fastened, but it's comfortable, fairly adsorbent, not noisy and has a good odor reducer that helps for both bowel and bladder incontinence. It also has a pretty high absorbency despite being unnoticeable under clothes. If you are bowel or highly bladder incontinent it's worth a try. (Posted on 9/10/12)

Great diaper Review by blueberry
Rating I wear this diaper for both bowel and bladder incontinence. It holds up well and I can usually go for 4-5 hours without needing a change. The plastic backing is a bit loud and sometimes noticeable but for the most part not too bad. The diaper itself is pretty comfortable but swells up when very wet. And of course the tape system isn't very great like everyone else has said. The tapes don't always stick and come undone in the middle of the night. Even though tapes could be better I would definitely recommend this product to anyone! (Posted on 1/28/12)

best bang for yer buck! Review by AmberKatieJenter
Rating I agree that the weak point of the diaper is the tape. It might be a good idea to put tape over the tape if you anticipate a lot of tossing and turning. However, I find these to be exceedingly absorbent, and I have never had a problem with leaks. Also, the price, for the quality, can't be beat! (Posted on 4/25/11)

Not quite Abena or Molicare Review by DPE818
Rating I have just received an order of Tranquility ATN for my mother. I was hoping that this product would work as well as Abena X-Plus, it doesn't come close. If you are a heavy wetter look for another product. (Posted on 3/22/11)

Briefs Are Great, But Tapes Pop Off While Tossing and Turning Review by gcc3828
Rating The briefs are great for day and night protection, but compared to other briefs, the tape tabs pop off sometimes especially while in bed while tossing and turning. Also while walking, moving around the tape tabs continue to pop off especially the bottom tape tabs and top and bottom on the right side and sometimes the left side. (Posted on 3/11/11)
