This is truly a booster pad that increases the time between changes. It was comfortable to wear and fit in my diaper perfectly. I would suggest using this with large diapers as it is very big and can stick out the front and back of smaller diapers. Also I found it fits better if you don't unfold the wings on the pad. These pads worked well for me over night. I would recommend these for anyone for very heavy overnight leakage when used along with your existing fitted briefs or underwear. (Posted on 2/7/12)

These things are HUGE!! They went up to my chest - heaven knows how far they went in the back. No instructions for how to use them. Light "fluff” everywhere - all over me, in my clothes, in my scooter. TOTAL waste of money...time...effort!!! I threw them out.
