Dissatisfied
I've used these for many years and they were the best. But Tena recently changed them and They are no good. I do not like using them now. I have had a number occasions where urine has wet my pants that did not occur with the previous pads. What a shame, because they were very good.

Best pad I have found available in 2019
Tena men Guard Super Level 3 is the best guard I have found. They're too expensive so I am looking for a better price. Be sure you look for LEVEL 3. A lot of people get confused with LEVEL 3 vs 3 drip symbols. The level 3 has 5 drip symbols and is called Super.
Great product - It works
Prostate surgery, aging creates problems. this product works the best for me. Order them by the case so I do not run out.

I searched far and wide for a particular male guard by TENA and finally found it through HDIS
Great protection.
Prostate surgery left me with heavy leaks. Most product's leaked at the sides. This guard protects the best.
