HOW WILL MY SANISNOOZE MATTRESS ARRIVE?
Your SaniSnooze mattress will be shipped via FedEx and will be compressed and rolled up in a box.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY SANISNOOZE MATTRESS TO FULLY EXPAND?
Once your SaniSnooze mattress is unboxed, it can take up to 24 hours for the foam to fully expand.
WHAT MAKES UP THE FOAM CORE?
Each SaniSnooze Mattress is made from CertiPUR-US® foam, meaning our mattresses are made without ozone depleters, PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP (”Tris”) flame retardants, heavy metals and formaldehyde. Additionally, our foam meets Low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million).
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO HAVE A DUAL-SIDED MATTRESS?
SaniSnooze Mattresses feature a two-sided foam construction which extends the life of your mattress. With a dual-sided mattress you should periodically flip the mattress giving the bottom layers of foam time to recover and bounce back to its original shape. By allowing the foam to decompress, you restore the integrity of the foam and extend the life, comfort, and support of the mattress.
WILL MY MATTRESS SMELL?
SaniSnooze Mattresses were designed to keep the core of your mattress dry! Because urine and other liquids don’t penetrate the core, your SaniSnooze mattress will not smell.

Cleaning up after an accident is easy: simply remove soiled bedding, wipe off the mattress cover with soap and water, dry and get back to sleep!
